I could not find the correct thread for this post, so ask here. smile.gif

Guys, where could I buy spare parts for washing machine? Especially Toshiba AW-A750SM. My Drain Valve motor is unusable after 3 years of usage and it is under the 2 year General warranty.

I would like to fix it myself, as it is not too difficult.(After watching the repairman took it off during check up)

Find the Toshiba service center. Or from your warranty card.

If you think it is general part, you can try at jalan pasar, KL. There is some general WM component sell at there. Bring the part together to show them.

Look for nearest repair shop to source for the part you need. Or repair shops that authorized by Toshiba.

I had asked the repairman from the nearest shop. They did not sell the parts individually. It is included with the servicing and repair. It cost around Rm200.

I googled that one myself too before this rclxms.gif

Although it look very very similar, the model number is different (from what I seen from the box the repairman brought along).

So I'm not too sure bout this as well. Maybe the model number is not referring to the washing machine but the parts itself? rclxub.gif

Haven't been to the SC. But I called and they mentioned that including repairing, it cost Rm170. sweat.gif

Since this is my first broken down washing machine, I decided to let them come and repair it.

Next time....I will be the repairman! biggrin.gif
