Culture seems dull. Which position you are heading into?

Supposed to be for the communications/marketing department.

But it's okay la. I didn't get the job.

They felt I wasn't a good fit for their culture.

I've received an interview invite for the service operations engineer position.

Anyone have any idea how's the interview, environment, salary, or perks like?

Time's interview generally consist of 1 hour of answering a set of questions and then 2 rounds of interview with your immediate superior(first round is technical) then with Senior Manager/Head of Division.

As for restructuring, that was done and take place on March 2019 if I'm not mistaken.

Is this for a technical post/fresh grad position or it's similar for manager and above position?

This is for technical post, mid-senior role. As for managerial and above position not really sure how they perform the interview.
