Why buy a TENS when it will just heal by itself within 1 month?

Wah so long!! That's insane wei.

Did you fully 100% rest it or you still do curls and pullups or other stuff which put ANY strain on it?

After get wrist pain, i stop gym for almost a month. Every night use splint to protect wrist.

It's was getting better now compare with initial but still have discomfort on some movement especially hand palm press on bed.

You will just have to completely rest it and make sure 0 strain. I had a really fcked up ulna stress fracture once because of pushing too hard on curls and chin-ups. I quit gym for almost 2 months then only it healed.

TENS unit is normally used to get blood flowing in injured area ussually muscle to speed up healing. In your case it be pretty much waste of money. Just have to wait this injury out.

Hi Armesh, during recovery period did you take any supplement to speed up healing and splint to stabilize wrist joint? Or other's method you been using and think it's work for wrist recovery?

Kindly advise. Thanks.
