also, should you say that 'barely noticeable input lag' term, please turn off your TV's game mode and game on 'Standard' mode. let's see who's crying for kills in competitive gameplays.

aiming can be practiced but input lag cannot be fixed.
plus, lower input lag helps to reduce over-aiming.

EDIT : to add, certain TVs with game mode have weaker processors, and the lowest input lag of these TVs can achieve is 50ms, which falls into unplayable territory. Example : the LG TV that I'm sharing with my parents now. Can't remember which model but it's a 2011 model.

Hmm, did Sony pulled off the plug on it's latest update? When booting up, I was logged out and received the notification to update but at the update section, it shows 4.07 as my latest version. There's nothing in the download section either.

I did but it prompted me that im running on the latest version.

i am an active PS+ subscriber but i chose to disable auto update.
plus, automatic system updates have nothing to do with PS+, it's the games that do have automatic updates with PS+

i chose to manual update it, and i dont think disabling auto update will bring me problems and inconvenience.
anyway, i can just side load the update file into my USB and update manually. that will do...
