Hi guys, I want to ask. If I bought my PS4 from regular game store (not PAD or Sony Center), can I claim the warranty at Sony Center?

Another question is, if I were register the PS4 for warranty extension under my PSN account, will the next owner (second hand buyer) entitled for the warranty extension too?

Actually I'm quite enraged at their reply. Waited for many months already and suddenly the final offer by them is either refund or get the ps4 slim. I already bought a ps4 slim while waiting for the PS4 pro from them but this email really f***ed things up.

So the only hope to get PS4 Pro now is by ordering at Sony Centre?
