beware of this chinese guy who looks thin with phua chu kang hair style at Sony Store Curve.

this guy got lousy attitude towards customers. when i went there to check on my pro preorder, he simply say i am number 45 on the waiting list. when i said i already paid in full, he again simply say i am number 4. he didn't even bother to ask my name to properly check it with the waiting list.

not satisfied with this kind of dumbass answer, i approach another chinese guy who looks big & have a crew cut or flat top hairstyle. i repeated my request to this chap and he proceeded to properly check my name on the list. then i found i was number 2.

i complained to him that the other guy simply gave me an answer without checking the list & he asked me who it was. i pointed out the accused to him and he glared at him like he was going to fire him. after that he told me if you already paid in full, they will give you priority over those who didn't pay.

so beware of this chinese guy who looks like phua chu kang at sony store curve. if you want answers about your preorder speak to the other chap i mentioned earlier instead.

i am just pissed at his attitude. i am a customer & i didn't do anything to him to warrant that kind of attitude.

i just wanted to know about my status on the pro waiting list & he acted like i am some peasant who couldn't afford to buy anything sony.

sony staff should act more better then some lousy kampung electrical shop staff but this guy act like he just came back from tongsan.

yes, all those who paid in full will cut queue. if your name is number 1 but non-payment, they won't give you priority.

I just got my PS4 pro 2 days ago & I have been trying to register the warranty online but cannot access the site.

Anyone got problems registering warranty online?
