OK so I have already lodged a complaint on 23/11, but as of today, apparently there is no update about this

The main issue and question is:
How come my Oct 2016 bill Zerolution charge is RM57 (iphone SE 64 GB/ 128 MOP), and NOV 2016 charge is RM 66.39?
The Zerolution charge should be CONSISTENT and I have checked this with other people on Zerolution plans and have seen their bills.
NO ONE can seem to answer WHY there's an extra RM9+ on my Zerolution charge.
FYI, I have only paid you RM128 + 57 + 6% GST (total: RM 196.40) of the amount for the Nov bill.
I WANT THIS SORTED PLEASE. This is ridiculous, and I will beforwarding a complaint to MCMC if I don't get any updates by Friday, 2 Dec.
