Help New build desktop-CPU under clocking itself@help, AMD-FX4350 under clocking itself

Hey guys, i just build a budget desktop at low yat, when i open my computer, it appear word as below :- "the current system does not support the cpu if wish to continue, the cpu will be underclocked to maintain system stability" my cpu was AMD Fx-4350, 4.2Ghz, but now i only can get 2.8Ghz , what can i do to get back 4.2 Ghz? or it has other solution for it? Thanks in advanced

What motherboard you use?
It just my hunch, probably your motherboard is not supporting TDP more than 125W, thus throttling your CPU. AMD FX-4350 required 125 W to work efficiently.

Here was my spec:- AMD FX-4350 AM3+ 4300MhZ 125W Processor Kingston 8 GD 1600 MHZ DDR3 Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard Gigabyte GV-N420-2GI GTX420 2GB Graphic Card PSU and fan was follow by Computer Casing,power logic~ 450Watt PSU no additional fan on the AMD FX-4350~
Now i only get 2.81GHz T^T

TS, go back to the shop. ask to change to a compatible motherboard of similar price or top up.
