I got LevelOne WNC-0301USB and this is how i set:
1) download the driver
here2) uninstall every driver and utilities for this dongle from your pc.
3) install the driver from u just downloaded.
4) go to kai config, both port to 30000, enable PAT, launch UI & engine and show dangerous NICs. Set your NIC to WNC-0301.
5) go to LevelOne utilities, put network type as adhoc mode, authentication auto and disable WEP. Set the channel same as in psp's adhoc setting (default 6).
6) reboot pc
7) run kai, go to diagnostic mode
8) on your psp, go to picture. set as send/receive. your wifi indicator will blinking.
9) go to LevelOne Utilities. Now u will see a network named like PSP_AULESXXXX. Click connect.
10) take a look at diagnostic in kai. If your psp detected, voila... You succeed setting it completely.

Note:
1) Dont use other driver. Well, you can but if failed, blame yourself..

2) Make sure your port 30000 is open.
Last 2 days I went to change the dongle V3 to V2.. yup, i got V2 now..
Yesterday night I try to configure but fail..
I already installed the driver that MFA suggested..
Wifi can see my PSP_AULESXXX & connected but Kai didn't detect my PSP..
I also inside the Online Guild Hall but never seen anyone..
Do i need to configure specific IP address under LvlOne TCP/IP properties?
What channel i should choose in the PSP Ad-Hoc setting, 1, 6, 11 or automatic?
How to know that port 30000 is open? i already configure it in Kai config..
Anyway, I'm using Aztech Wireless Router connected to ADSL bridge modem..
