Can someone help me out here? How to you guys get your Eternal Schism or Eternal Strife? I have had 14 ancient stones and 5 rust stones but none turn out to be the weapon i want, which is quite dishearten I spend quite some time mining it man. sigh

Yup.. it always did..
Wait til khezu charged letric then u stab it with tachi.. (stab instead of using lance) hehe
Try drink MegaDemonDrug, eat PowerSeed & fullcharge the tachi combo gauge..
U'll get very high Attack power..

Dark scythe is a good Raw tachi in early game..
But kinda hard to find those mats in early game..
So for my opinion, try upgrade Iron Katana tachi into Devil Slicer (Thunder atb)..
U get those mats before get to Elder lvl5 quest

Oh that trick.. i still remember it until now..
just like the coin trick.. hehe
But i can't do the coin trick anymore in MHP2.. huwaaa

Are u refering to MHF?
There's a trick to get what u want with ancient/rust stone in MHF..

Somehow later, u'll get what u want..
last time, i just tried to get Bowgun Demonlock & Eternal Schism..
I don't want to waste time to get the other ancient weapon as i already got both what i want..

Just try again & again..
better get more rust stone than ancient stone,
coz percentage to get special in ruststone higher than ancientstone..
When u get special weapon, loadback MHF & switch it with Ancient stone..

How to you get more rust stone than ancient? The only way i knew which could guarantee of getting rust stone is to go after eider's urgent lao. All the 5 rust stones which i obtain was from the trip where i collecting ancient stone from G rank collection quest.

When u get special weapon, loadback MHF & switch it with Ancient stone..

Try collecting ruststones in volcano in Hr2/3 quest..

I think if u read carefully the Ancient Stone Trick Faqs, u could understand..
In my opinion, try get alot ruststone than ancient stone..
(Ancient stone) try get all 5 different stones/weapon. - u can see 5 type ????? for ancient stone b4 polish..
nevermind to get what type of ruststone, exactly just focus on how many u can get them..

Then after each successful quest (e.g raw meat quest).. Remember to save ur game 1st..
try polish all the ruststones later ancient stones..
BE AWARE! when polishing, please count the time u've polished the stones
until u get the special (rusted/worn) weapon..
E.g: U polish bout 8 ruststones.. then on the 5th polish u got (e.g Demonlock bowgun)..
Remember the 5th count, then restart/loadback MHF WithOut save..
U go back polish 4 ruststones.. Then the 5th turn, u polish 1 selected ancient stone..
U select 1 of the 5 types ancient weapon..
If u want Eternal Schism, then u should polish selected ancient tones that u should see Worn Blades after that..
Upgrade all the way til u get Eternal Schism..

Need your help! i already polished 5 rust stones and 14 ancient stones, my #14 stone turn out to be an ancient bowgun (Island of the god) what should i do now? cos i wanted it to be eternal schism... Is there anyway i can replace the ancient bowgun to eternal schism?

I go by the sequence of polishing 5 rust stones first follow by 14 ancient stones.

reload... do some quest and repolish....Thats the only thing u can do now:)

allow me to shed some light,

ok since now u know that on the 14th polish
u will get a rusted/ancientweapon,
things will be slightly easier now.

there's 2 ways to do this:

1. identify which is ur preferred weapon, ie E.schism then
polish all others rust/ancient stones u have. then on the 14th stone
polish the weapon u want. Thus u will get a rusted/worn weapon

they will be in this order:
GS
Hammer
Lance.
Duals
Bowgun
Sns.

2.)Alternatively, if u wanna keep your hard mined rust/ancient stones,
go ahead and do a few more meat mission.
(remember only elder missions yeah.) i
n this case do a few more meat mission,
then once u return on the mission.
go and polish. U'll notice that on the rust weapon will
appear from 14th polish to maybe 13th or 12th.

hence returning after 12 meat mission u'll get rust/worn
weapon on your 1st-2nd polish.

afaik, aztech usb wifi doesnt work for kai..
