I have a slight problem, I suddenly noticed when I right click on my desktop for the contextual menu, it takes a lot longer than usual to load. Normally it'll just pop out after a second but now it takes around 3-5 seconds to show up.
My laptop is running SSD and I have checked for all the updates and also NVIDIA driver updates too.
Any ideas of what might be causing it? 

I've tried do reinstall NVIDIA drivers but did not work. When boot in "safe mode", everything is fine but what do I do there? Once I restarted back to normal windows, the contextual menu still loads very long.

Another day, another problem. Last night my laptop crashed and had the problem shown on the yellow screen picture. When I restarted it, it says no bootable device. I noticed that system files were saved on my SSD but my SSD cannot be detected from the booting operations. Only my hard drive can be detected. Urgently require instructions as I really need to do my group project report.

Lately i started noticing that there's some kind of rubbing noise of a fan as well as HDD sounds. Anyone having the same issue? Illegear z5 skylake here.

Hello prince J! My friend is interested to buy the new illegear z5 and he might come by to the shop this week. Is that possible to order without windows 10 pre-installed? There is no such option in the store website. He already owns a spare win 10 key. 

I did encounter something like that but I think it was a component problem, not the laptop itself. My SSD was unable to be detected. Anyways, so far keyboard, monitor and trackpad are ok. The internet wifi adapter is rather weak though. I notice that on the same table, my friend's weaker normal acer laptop has better connection and lower ping and less packet loss. In my room, my roommate can connect to internet while I can't. So yeah it leaves something to be desired.

Another problem occurred. There's a clicking noise from the laptop. I am not sure if it comes from the hardware or what because it is silent when I mute the speakers. When I use headphones, the clicking can't be heard from outside but I can still hear it clicking from the headphones.

After using my Z5 for 1 1/2 years, it tends to overheat easily especially when playing D2. I think it's about time my heatsink and fan system require some cleaning. Is it recommended to clean the fans ourselves or is it better to send my unit back to Illegear for cleaning? Afraid my warranty will be voided.

I have bought a Z5 earlier this year in January, roughly use for 1 year, the Wifi Network card got a bit of issue. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can't predict when it will work or not so I bought an external USB Network Card just for standby. Anyone else having this issue? I want to send it in but not sure how long will it take to repair as I don't have a backup laptop at the moment =(

Is anyone here having beeping sound while using laptop? I'm using 860M Haswell model. It annoyed me sometimes. If it's driver problem, I'm all up to date.
@Prince J , it would be better if ILLEGEAR could provide us the latest compatible drivers (last up-to-date was 2 years ago).

power button row area quite hot when running strong graphic games, is it normal for Z5?

What is the software or driver that makes the fan symbol pop? Now when I press the max cooling, the symbol no longer shows so in a noisy area I am unsure if the fan I am using is set to max or not.
