Hi Guys,
I have bought a Z5 earlier this year in January, roughly use for 1 year, the Wifi Network card got a bit of issue. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can't predict when it will work or not so I bought an external USB Network Card just for standby. Anyone else having this issue? I want to send it in but not sure how long will it take to repair as I don't have a backup laptop at the moment =(

QUOTE(Prince J @ Dec 17 2016, 12:27 PM) Can I also have your serial number to check if you are entitled for the 8260-AC Intel Wireless-AC card upgrade? This card is performing far better than the 7265-N. Already PM'ed you the serial number

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Aug 10 2021, 02:41 PM) Bye bye my ILLEGEAR Laptop battery. It is 100% faulty. Officially removed from my Laptop. Since I no longer bringing out the Laptop, battery is unnecessary anymore. Now my laptop is official mutant to PC 😂 Gonna necro this post but need some advice. I have the Z5 Skylake as well and the battery is dead, anyone managed to get their hands on any oem battery? I went back to illegear but they mentioned they don't have any stock.

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Sep 3 2025, 05:16 PM) This laptop is quite old already. I don’t believe any manufacturer will support it for that long. You should probably use it with a plug-in charger always. Yeah that's what im doing now, pity though the specs are still good enough for day to day use and work
