lol, bandai produced another f**k*p product again.... see this

[attachmentid=472299]

what the hell is that line!? its the holder of MG freedom's gun(the secondary holder which can rotate) lol that makes people need to do more work with sanding only... HELL!!! Cant they produce a better quality product??

Man! you are either one very demanding person or a person born 30 years ahead of time tongue.gif obviously current human technology is not up to your expected quality.

To me, MG is freaking easy to build! I find that for a model that can move, multi colored, well planned for easy coloring, accuracy of joints, there's no other company in the world that matches Bandai. And u r here complaining? Consider u start as an MG builder, i would say, u have already bypass loads of fundamental skill needed in modelling. almost everything is being taken care off by Bandai, all you need to do is just touchup a little on the surface and you can start painting.

If u want anything simnpler than that, mebbe u should go for MIA series; or even just buy toys! doh.gif

So just chill, stop swearing and enjoy your hobby!

P/S: If you still having problem with the basic/fundamental stuff, i advise you forget about modifying at all!

chris: i think the mod looks ok so far, just a little untidy. but if u say it's for pass time kinda project, it certainly looks pretty heavy man. if u continue to mod according to what u have started, this should be really heavy modified kit (which i think it should be nice too) , or if this is "all" u r going to mod on this kit, then it might not be so balance; a bit of "half-cooked".

@gundamterry,

Nice one there. Just one question, if you are going to cut everything out from the runner, gloss, paint them, how do you know which part is which? I mean, the item number in the runner.
*
All modelers do the same thing. First u snapfit the kit, study it, then dismember it, label if necessary, then paint, assemble again.

Snapfit, hence, is the first step in modeling; not the last.

Btw, i think gundamterry did use something to hold the parts; the norm is use satay stick with blue tag or crocodile clip.
