Completed my Crossbone X1 Ver. Ka.... a few details before showing the pics :

1. Hand-painted.
2. Colours used : ( all gunze sangyo ) Flat White, Metal Black, Gun Chrome, Gloss Red, Midnight Blue
3. Havent added the decals yet... so many decals to add. Wait tomoro only start fixing them on....
4. Took around 5 days to paint/assemble.

Take note i did not paint the purplish colour part... i cant seem to find the right mix. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Yea... havent added topcoat and decals. Will do it tomoro. Hope it doesnt screw up.

Cool SDs... ive rarely seen ppl paint em... great job.

Finished decal-ling the figure... now need to focus on perfecting the weapon colours...

Cant seem to get the right mix for the job... haihz. Anyone know of a website that translates the colour codes in the manual ??

The HG quality doesnt look that good leh...

Look very plain... but the flight mode not bad. Quite nice also.

My jaws drop in awe when looking at how u detail your SDs...

I like the MK-II SD ! Very good detailing.

My custom coloured freedom clear body version... currently at a 70% completion phase... I name it the Teutonic Knight
Im still trying to improve my handbrushing skeelz...

Pics are a little large... dun mind me.


Problem with clear body kits is.... you cant really remove nip marks and seam lines... and these get more prominent the closer u are to the kit. Besides painting it, i think theres no other way...

Wow lactose... excellent poses for a NG kit.

Today was deciding whether to buy an armoured core kit or this NG dynames... both same price... ended up buying paint only

Now that is wat i call awesome.... Didnt know u cound turn an NG kit into sumthing so beautiful !

Heres a kit that ive been working on for a long time... i modded something. Can someone spot it ? I kinda broke the original pieces... so i removed the whole thing and compensated it with some pla parts. Looking sleek now. =3






Now need to paint the wings... gonna use Super black and Gold for it... wish me luck.

Have to agree that the lining colour not suitable... And the torso part colour... pink rite ? Not nice leh, but maybe its the camera lighting. Still great job nonetheless...

This kit is by far the most fun kit ive ever built. For some reason this is more fun than any MG i have ever assembled lol. Hooray for bandai !

Lol i had the sudden urge to buy the Crossbone again .... i got one already but it was my first ever MG kit... noob skills applied on it... so its kinda fugly... now i see urs i wanna buy another one and change colour scheme.

Nice colour scheme, boltguard... btw did u use acrylics or lacquer paint ? Look like acrylic texture to me...
