I got it long long time Ago lo..3-4 years ago. I think for rm 40 + Quite a nice n detail SD. But ned lots of colouring. I cant remember where i bought it already. If not mistaken, i think from my hometown.. Sibu sarawak..

Thats MG HI NU!! Finally sm1 start with it.. Mine still in d box all this while.. no time /place for me to build this kit... You airbrush it...looks pretty good.. I wanna make sure mine as good too.. thats why i wanna make sure i'll paint it.







Sazabi!... One of my all time favourit mecha.. I got this kit 4 years ago.. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT ... in the end i sold it. y i dislike it ...1st the design isnt as cool and ganas like the Sazabi 1/100 resin kit. 2nd... The articulation is very very poor. The joining of the hands r so loose that it cannot even hold d gun properly.. And that time there is no gundam Stand.. SO.. it can only pose.. stand straight....sad.. Im wishing Bandai Releasing Sazabi v2 very very soon..

My HI NU STILL IN D BOX!! Poison poison... anyway.. i oways wonder..how do you do the extention of the parts..? R u using Tamiya plaplate.. and stack them together.. n cut + sand them? or you use chemical to create plastic with mold?

Guess Who's Skeleton is this? Notice the Gun's "scope" Was BROKEN ..cause after colouring.. d joint bcom very hard n when not carefull.. PLAK~~ argh.. luckily not happen on d legs /hand joint

I use fully Hand brushing.. 1st layer is Tamiya Light Grey, 2nd layer Tamiya gunmetal grey- dry brushing. 3rd, Tamiya Nato Black - watery wash..for details.

Results are very satisfying... but Tamiya colours are very weak and easily scratch off..( but i like the matte effect) so.. i spray everything and protect it with Mr hobby topcoat- matte

BUT IT COVERS UP ALL D DETAILS... I think i sprayed too much topcoat.. many parts.. seem to have the "Frost" effect.. white white..fungus feeling.. and those metallic dry brush effect all bcome not that obvious.. wasting my effort of drybrushing..







Not sure this is suitable for this thread or not.. "mecha modeling" ...erm..this is ready made mecha..my REVOLTECH EVA COLLECTION!!

Yupe is oyw rx78-2... I did not prime d kit... i just sand + wash.. and directly hand paint d kit.. finally protect with topcoat matte..I dont really dare to prime it as I afraid too many layer of paints etc will affect the moving parts..

I love the clean glossiness of that qubeley... very special and perfect. If you do this kind of effect on sazabi or other Zeon mecha will sure impressive..!



Just finish my 2-3 years old model... rx-78 oyw. Internal frame totally handpainted coloured and topcoated. But external armour was just Line+dry transfer sticker. oways have no problem Hand painting dark colours but for white colour is too difficult. Have try AB (without primer) on this kit b4... but is a failure... so project Stop for sometime b4 i find d patient to clean every pieces with thinner again... and decided to just go for the primitive way, without colouring. Might spray topcoat matte for d final finish. (adviseable or not?)

My next project will by my omost 1 year old Mg Hi nu... This time i will make sure i successfully AB this kit..hehe
