err... no offense chris but it looks rather odd and top heavy imho, like a girl who has her boobs enlarged. Not sure if it was the look nyou were gunning for, but the transformer bumblebee look to me is a no no.

@chris,

first off, you are waaay ahead of me (still working on my first MG sweat.gif ) so i'll thread with caution...

1) Your WIPs are always fascinating, the amount of thought you put into modding the parts are zero g like laugh.gif
2) However, when you put everything together i normally go eh? The sum of the parts unfortunately seem lesser than the individual parts themselves... something just doesn't jive hmm.gif For me this seems to be the case with all your projects wor...
3) Not sure why, but isit because you overdo things? Every part modded, hence there is no focus? Too complicated? Cannot be your colours cause you have improved on that already.

maybe some of the more experienced guys have better opinions though. notworthy.gif

My first MG WIP... It's hard to look menacing when you don't have hands!!! laugh.gif

C&C's please.

hmm.gif The outer armor seems slightly loose? They do not fall off, but do not snap on as well as SDs? Is this normal or is this just me?

And sorry guyss (especially Rayloke who has commented on me work before in zeroG sweat.gif ) but I just don;t enjoy the sanding and seamline removal bits... so not much done there except for the removal of nubs... again. I seem to enjoy painting much much more, and spend most of my time doing that instead doh.gif

Got question to ask about shading/shadowing the white bits... i see some works in photos where the shading is kinda obvious (i.e. just right) but when i try to mimic this and take a photo, the shading looks a bit light or non existant. And to get what looks decent in photos i will need to apply more intense shadows... hence for the photos to look nice i will end up having a model that shouts "Look! Look at me!!! I was coloured with an airbrush you know" unnatural which i totally dislike.

I hope I dinnae confuse you guys, but is there any other way to get round this? Or is my lack of photo taking technique skills causing this?

A side project, but one that is quite dear to me.
Basically a keroro kitbash but painted in a specific colour scheme, i'm calling him 96.

But i need help :-

1) Going to BB Plaza tomorrow to check if the stalls there have them, but i need Liverpool FC stickers that fit his size. Anywhere else that might sell these?
2) I also need a small football, about the size of a 5 sen coin in diameter. Any suggestions?

TQ in advance.
