Is Waze really "necessary"...? If yes, try to find older version and evaluate which one(s) is perfect for P2...

Yes for me. Traveling i prefer waze vs google map.

if you travel a far distance and/or making too many rounds from the place of origin when you first on the Waze ,this app is known to misbehave a bit

No problem for me with waze on my P2.

Maybe certain rom or batch version have issue.

G map can detect which route no jam kah? I use waze becus it can automatically choose d jamless way for me once i on it.

My waze on many phones including the P2 working fine , no restart, reboot or own close...tq god for that

Sometime, gmap many distraction, i like waze clean light blue look, less intruding feel

Afaik can but not as effective or efficient as waze imo

Both of them have their pro n cons

Luckily no sds or boom mcm s3, note 2 an n7 or overheat mcm sony or oppo or etc brand using certain cpu..

I prefer G-Map for its light interface and integration with Uber and public transport system.

It can detect traffic similar to Waze.

However, for truely latest "scenes" and "advertisement", definitely Waze is champion.

Based on personal exp with various hp brand and model, imo most hp are optimized with the rom they come with..

Upgrade imo will avoid it unless they fix the current bug or only go for it if fully optimize (based on feedback from other users)
