I signed my zerolution plan (with upgrade fee) on 13 Dec 2015. So that I can go change a new phone on 13 Dec 2016 or wait until 14 Dec 2016 then only can change?

You will need to completed the 12 months installment first before you can proceed with the upgrade.

For instance, if your sign up date was 13 Dec 2015 and your bill cycle is 14th every month, then you can proceed to sign up the new phone with us after 14th Dec 2016 ( 1st day will be 15th Dec). However, if your bill cycle is 24th, then the first day you can walk-in & upgrade the new phone will be 25th Dec 2016 & etc.

If your bill cycle is on 10th & phone sign up date is on 13th, the first day that you can walk-in to upgrade the new phone will be 14th Dec 2016. You will need to fulfill both criteria ( sign up date & bill cycle)
