Take Felda asset for example. They have 500 million shares
at 4.55 it was valued at RM 2.2 billion. The stock fell and then its valued at 1.55 = RM 777 million
The shares remain at 500 million. Regardless, Felda asset lost around RM 1.5 billion in Paper loss.
Once they sell the shares at 1.55, only then the real lost will be 1.5 billion.
Did Felda Asset sell the shares?
Of course, it always comes down, to how much Felda Assets bought the shares in the first place. Then actual loss will be known.

This is financial report 2014. That time fgv shares around 4 ringgit. So we assume that glc bought shares at that current price. Probably they will get at discounted price maybe 3.80, i don't know. To make sure, you have to read ASB financial report also, how much they pay to fgv to buy shares.

U dont know fgv is the money maker for bn? Before fgv entering the stupid public market. This company earn annually 700 million. They reward 200-1000 to each planter for raya eve. Who making this in the real world?

Yes because they have the cash fund. Now, mostly regret but remember, this company is still running with large scale, still strong on budget. Hopefully they will yield a good profit this closing (I mean cash profit-not on stupid asset revaluation)
