For comics lover, please support the Comic Shop & pick up few on-going titles eg Spider-Man or X-Men or any titles in mind.

Penang used to have 4 shops & now there is only 2. The Mind Shop is now 1 branch compare to its' prime in the past.

I reckoned other shops is also suffering from low sales.

Reason for the All Star Batman & Robin delayed :-

" Earlier this week, comic shop owners were informed by DC Comics that if they received any copies of "All Star Batman And Robin The Boy Wonder" #10 they were to destroy them, and a replacement print would replace it shortly. Heidi MacDonald at The Beat had the scoop.

Babylon ran with some mobile phone photos of the offending pages, but LITG is updating now because we have the first scans of the objectionable content that got DC in all of a tizzy. And yes, I can see why. Certain examples of obscene language in the book were, as has happened in the title before, blacked out, sometimes with little bits of the letters sticking out to give a clue as to what they may have been.

Except in the printing process, the lettering was of a richer black that the bars, rendering the blacking out pointless. Here are the images in question, blow them up to your satisfaction... "

2. kick ass
3. marvel 1985
4. secret invasion
5. wolverine old mans logan
6. secret invasion amazing spider-man
7. amazing spider-man (this is the main reason maybe, coz ASM now is 3 times per month!)

title i already stop
1. venom dark origin
2. mighty avengers
3. ultimate origins
4. spider-man loves mary jane (i really upset bought this issue)

title i didnt subscribe, but bought almost every month
1. batman
2. fanatstic 4
3. secret invasion F4

I thought Mighty Avengers and New Avengers run together. Maybe should consider after the Secret Invasion thingy is over. As rumours has it Brain Bendis is leaving Mighty Avengers. Stick with it till then.

Secret Invasion is just a phase, an event so should not worry about it. The same with Marvel 1985 and Ultimate Origins.

Ultimate Origins is going to cross into Ultimatum and Ultimate Avengers later.

Fantastic Four is by Bryan Hitch and so far it is quite interesting ongoing storyline.

FYI, Wolverine is coming up with Original Sins storyline with x-over to Mike Carey's X-Men Legacy. And I am not sure which Wolverine series.

Anyway your actual on-going title is not many.

hehe yea same here, ASM is cool, but then again, with the 3 times per month, its killing me a bit.
yeah venom dark origin is cool, but im not really a fan of venom eventho i think he is a cool character, so i stop subscribing em.

eric,
yeah ur're right eric, on-going is only ASM, new&mighty avengers. i follow to many limited series.

i thought the same thing about the S.I, it only got 2 issues left.

marvel 1985 is written by mark millar (my fav writer), same goes for wolverine and kick ass, so i tend to continue it. but honestly, both kick ass and 1985's first issue is very impressive, after that, so-so only... but wolverine so far so good!

that's the reason i tend to stop ultimate origin, knowing it will lead to something bigger event (means more money tongue.gif). dont get me wrong, the story is good, but not great IMO.

i agree with u about F4 man! especially the last issue, last page.., there's galactus under em!!! cant wait  for next month's issue!

maybe i should just wait till all the limited issues over,
thanks for the reply mate!
*
Yeah ASM is 3 issues a month but considering that most of other Spider-Man titles it replaced, it is still a better trade-off.
