So far as i've seen, when buyers want to know this info they'll just ask the seller
And not that many ppl have been asking, so i doubt that many ppl actually think of this as useful info

Once you've set a date to deal with the seller, the deal is confirmed
Unless he tells u he may cancel the deal for higher offers, he usually wont (or rather would be in the wrong to do so)
