Hi everyone.

So I made 4 transactions to Zalora through website using my debit card but 4 of them also failed. I was shocked when I checked my bank account. They money has deducted from my account 4 times and it shows sales debit. I did not receive any message from the bank side.

I contacted the merchant and they said they did not receive any payment from me. So I'm wondering where my money gone.
I called Customer Service and they did not pick up my call.

All I am concern is that, will I get back my money? cry.gif cry.gif

Report to Maybank and provide full details of your transaction to Zalora.

actually your money are 'float' around your bank acc. so if the merchant (in this case zalora) not claim after 14 working days, your bank will revert back your your account. For now there's nothing you can do.

If zalora claim, you can dispute and easy process. right now zalora didnt claim and bank will float it first
but no harm to call your bank and explain your problem
