If they are stolen, it is easier on the mind to know that you only have to replace 13 inchers. Also tyres for them are cheaper. The are lighter, like kwekeugene said, saves fuel.
For 14 inch with a matching lower profile tyre you get better handling but do you want to trash around a top heavy Kenari?
