This is the spec i got from an U.S site. but i dont think malaysia would be possible to get this spec? if i buy direct from the us do i need to pay tax if shipped into malaysia?

Y u need to pay so much extra for a old spec? Msi gp62 ge62 all higher spec n around the same price after u convert the forex n gst

yeah.. you can check out MSI GP62 with the similar spec & gaming features which HP Omen doesn't have

You can look around the shops in Low Yat Plaza. Some of these shops are selling brand new HP laptops at significantly reduced prices when compared to HP Malaysia prices. I see little point to ship from US, unless you are a student in US and wants to bring back the laptop that you have bought there.
