How the open speakers sound? I thought enclosures play an integral role in sound production. Since you've eliminated the enclosure completely, does it affect much?

Ahahaha man the first thing I did when I saw those speakers are "Jesus those speakers are big" and I laughed so hard. Because I KNOW HOW SMALL OUR DESKS ARE!

I'm planning to get some small monitor speakers for this desk.

Also, what's that platform you put your keyboard on? Did you take out the keyboard sliding platform?

At first I don't like the HiVi Swans A30 speakers, but it grew into me. The Lovely Cube Premium also allows volume control as preamp for the speakers, that beats their button volume control so much. Annoying how you press buttons to lower/increase volume, not to mention there's lag when you press the volume buttons. But the imaging and mids, dios mío, so beautiful for its price point.

HD650 arrived 2 weeks ago, Lovely Cube Premium amp arrived yesterday, waiting for my Aune T1 to come back from repairs.

Not in picture: Rock Jaw Kommand IEM (its actually too small to see in the bottom right corner right there), JVC HA-S500 headphones, and Goldring DR150 headphones.

They look like Genelec speakers.
But those are active studio monitors.

With a Devialet amp no less
