Can you guess what this is? should be very easy...
![]() This is for watching prawns... cos prawns dont have bass or gunshots or explosions... which suits this IEM very well cos it's pretty weak on the bass... and prawns need to use IEM to prevent sound leakage (u wouldn't want ur roommates to hear what u're watching, would u?) ![]() SoundMAGIC PL20. yeah, they're not audiophile-grade stuff... but at least they're not that crappy... the t20 sounds good enuff for me... my only complaint is that the cloth for right speaker cover is a bit thinner compared to the left one. u can see that it's more transparent. anyway, ur speakers should be way better... power911 has a huge pair of sony speakers with 3 separate drivers, while dlyz has a dynaudio audience...

A new addition to the setup.
![]() ![]() Thanks to noobandroid for this one! Pairs great with my Senn HD518 and GoVibe DAC. Initially when fresh out of the box, there's quite a lot of microphonics, and hisses at low volume. But just after a short burn in overnight, now they're gone and the tube sounds great! Fuller mids and more pronounced bass. Not the tight kind of bass though. Overall, very satisfied with the sound signature. Plus the thing looks very pretty on my table. This post has been edited by danny_sp15: Feb 23 2012, 11:49 AM |

![]() Custom acrylic shelf from shopee. Cheap and easier to customize the size for variety of amps, rather than relying on branded amp shelfs made for that particular brand of amp only (e.g. topping, kguss) Only downside is might be difficult to make more than 2 tier minizian liked this post

Just arrived
![]() ![]() Whoever say this doesn't have enough power need to get their hearing checked. I can only turn up volume until 7 with HD600, any higher feel like my ears going to burst. This post has been edited by danny_sp15: Jun 23 2021, 06:28 PM |
