Lol this one is a big mess

First you have to take the letter and go to the lhdn office stated and pass them the letter to start the process of refund

The worst part is they also told me I need to wait for refund. I submitted in November and that time they just refunding those who submit for refund in February. So they told me I need to wait at least 10 mths for my refund. Maybe even longer

Are you saying that you applied for the RPGT first time property disposal tax exemption (ie. Lampiran 5)?

Funny because if you applied that then you don't even need to pay the 3% upfront. Didn't your lawyer advised you?

Whatever it is, be prepared to wait for a period between six (6) - twelve (12) months.
