obviously that is pre-rendered background with real time in game graphics. Sort of like FF7, 8, 9 or Resident Evil 1, 2, 3. Yes, NDS is able to handle such graphics.

yeah,blue dragon plus should be exact.But the thread is already 2 years old
 also there also got new Blue Dragon on the NDS coming out the game got Online Wi-Fi multiplayer |
