I was just get a new Cherry MX-Board 3.0 today. This keyboard is looks ordinary just like a standard office keyboard. Nothing much special on its designing but the built quality is really best. Every keys that I press is feeling very solid. It is a low profile key caps keyboard. I was bought this keyboard for using in office. I choose red switch because I don't like the noisy blue switch. Every time I type the blue switch keyboard, whole office can hear the annoying noisy sound. That's why I buy this keyboard to replace the cheap AULA SI-886 chinese blue switch mechanical keyboard.

Red switch is just feels the same like the yellow switch of my Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2. It is very light to press, and silent too. The only different is just between the low profile key caps compare to my Razer high-profile key caps.

Just how to say the different, both yellow and red switches are 45g pressure. Very light, lighter than blue switch. Some people like blue switch but for me was regretted to buy the blue switch keyboard. The keys are heavier than red or yellow switch for Razer blackwidow. If you never tried red switch, you better try it now. Very light and comfortable.

for a pure mechanical keyboard users, they will never go back to mecha-membrane keyboard.
It should be feel like blue switch due to clicky sound on the switches of this keyboard.
Besides, the Cooler Master also did produce a mem-chanical keyboard - Cooler Master Masterkeys Lite L
I think it should be similar like Razer Ornata.
Mechanical is relying on springs but mecha-membrane is replaced to membrane to make their keys rebound for every switches that you pressed.

Hey guys, I'm planning to get Topre Clone Plum 84 Non LED 35G which cost about RM320 off Taobao. Does anyone have any other suggestion? I do plan to lube it. I'm currently used to Gateron White 35g, so 35g Topre clone will be fine I guess? If I do lube it, how long will the lube last? Do I lube it once a year, or lesser? Please advice, thanks.

35gram only is that too light? Sometimes I put my fingers on Cherry MX Red Switch will also accidentally press down the button because they keys are too light.
