Hi, does anyone have Corsair Strafe Mechanical Keyboard? I'm having issue with it now.

Everything I turn on the power and I do not turn on the PC. The keyboard will stuck and lighting showed as wave after 1 or 2 minute. As long as I turn on my PC, the keyboard will not have any response, and I forced to unplug it and replug it again to detect the keyboard. Anyone can help me on this?

Also it seems like I can't update keyboard firmware as well. I have Corsair RGB mouse M65 pro and I do not have issue updating it. It always said there is no update on the firmware, but mouse will always have the latest version.

Cause its abit troublesome for me to bring it back from Singapore as I bought in JB. And I will be one week without keyboard to use @_@.

Just thinking whether anyone has this kind of issue or not.
