I was just wondering if the template for a tenancy agreement between a Sdn Bhd (Landlord) & Individual (Tenant) is standard. What I have now is a TA template between an individual & individual which obviously does not have a GST clause in the agreement. Is it a prerequisite to have a clause on GST in a tenancy agreement for a sdn bhd?
