QUOTE(Velocity @ Feb 8 2017, 06:21 PM) Do you confirm from Hotlink already about the revise of call and sms rate?Maxis is not very focus on prepaid product, but more in postpaid product. So in simple even you port out from maxis, there is nothing affected from their side. For maxis, just a small matter only. |

QUOTE(JuneResources @ Feb 9 2017, 09:38 AM) Do you confirm from Hotlink already about the revise of call and sms rate? U can check the app yourself it stated there. I already ported 15 lines to umobile and 1 main line to digi.Maxis is not very focus on prepaid product, but more in postpaid product. So in simple even you port out from maxis, there is nothing affected from their side. For maxis, just a small matter only. Now left only this Maxis. I don't care whether Maxis care once I port out Maxis will lose me as customer forever |

I don't care whether Maxis care once I port out Maxis will lose me as customer forever So many lines, you open business? Is it all is postpaid line including your digi? I'm also left this maxis line for bank TAC purposes. Currently might not port out yet because their coverage is much more better than other telco. Unless maxis force us change to #Hotlink plan, then no choice I must out from maxis.. This post has been edited by JuneResources: Feb 9 2017, 01:43 PM |

I'm still using HYC plan.
thinking to change plan since 2019 but never did. This time maybe change to new Pantas or Unlimited. But there are up and downsides though. HYC Call and SMS cheap RM 10 - 10days validity Internet a little expensive compared to other plans. RM45 for 8GB. RM5.6/GB 50 days grace period I think. Pantas/Fast Call and SMS on the expensive side , not that frequently use call function 30sen/60s - 60sec block 15sen/sms RM5 - 5day validity RM10 and above - 30 days validity RM30 for 365days validity Internet much cheaper if not heavy user like me since home and work have WIFI. Plus 365days validity. RM30 for 20GB (365days). RM1.5/GB. 30 days grace period. Which is think is too short. Unlimited Call and SMS - ok 15sen/30sec - 30sec block 15sen/SMS Call and SMS free if purchase Unlimited Internet Pass Top up amount determines active period Internet plan is by speed and *unlimited. 3mbps up to 18mbps. RM60 for 18mbps (50GB max). RM1.2/GB. *Fair usage policy applies. 6mbps plan - youtube reviewer can get 3-4mbps download speed, 8-10mbps upload speed. Digi had the highest download speed in Malaysia at 15.0 Mbps, followed by Maxis (13.4), U Mobile (11.5), Unifi (11.0), and Celcom (8.2). - report by OpenSignal 2021. Moreover need to buy extra data pass if want to use mobile hotspot. RM5 50 days grace period. |
