Quick question from newbie seller...

After everything is almost completed, what's this process of stamping from LHDN? Do we need it from both sides (buyer and seller?) And how long does this normally take?

I've been held on this for almost a month now, since the lawyer is saying he's still waiting for the LHDN to come back before he can transfer the remaining monies to my account.

Appreciate any feedback.
