You have to understand that not everyone at here is lucky as you and i believe you are not the only one have use 14.4/56k and have to pay 200+ for it,ofcourse you not complaint that much cause you can get what you pay for but the others not.

Maybe you can try to complaint to CFM,this is really unfair you pay 88 but get 512k speed.

SERVICE DISRUPTION



We wish to inform our tmnet streamyx customers that TM Berhad will be performing a service upgrading exercise on its Streamyx system in Jenjarom, Selangor from 9.00 a.m. until 3.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 24 April 2007



As a result, Streamyx customers in Jenjarom may experience a disruption of service during the stipulated period. We would like to assure you that the service would resume to normal after this time.



TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused, whilst at the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our system to enable us to serve you better.



Customer can call our Customer Interaction Center at 1-300-88-9515 (24 hours) or e-mail us at custcare@tm.net.my for any Streamyx related problems.

Nobody know what they doing, as a user like us if found out something wrong just keep mail or calling them, let them know they are having tons of problem but still haven't fix.

So surprise today i get a call from CFM and suddenly the girl ask me how my connection, (that time i feel abit weird cause i make my complaint long time ago but until today they still keep my case), after it i tell her how suck is our connection although they already block/throttle on p2p usage but still having slow surfing and high ping. After it she say "yea nowadays we receive tons of complaint about tm, also nowadays there have lots of user subscribe streamyx BUT TM STILL DIDN'T UPGRADE THAT'S WHY SO SLOW" (i feel abit shock when i hear she say that), we chat kinda long about this i do tell her our pain we pay 88 bucks we can't really get 50% of it and also there have many unfair situation case, their worker attitude, block/throttle without notify us or make any announcement about it. After it she have say something like boycott tm and MCMC maybe take back their license if keep on that. (But i don't think so)

I think if everyone of you fed up with those tm fool, you can make complaint via CFM, if all of us cooperate together someday MCMC sure will did something due to pressure from consumer.

We wish to inform our customers that the Internet service is currently experiencing an increased latency/degradation in performance specifically for its international links to United States of America (USA).

As a result, our Internet customers may experience some delay when accessing content and websites hosted outside of Malaysia, especially in US. We are conducting an upgrading exercise of our international bandwidth links, where an additional 10Gbps of capacity through Hong Kong is being implemented.

As the moment, 90% of the upgrading process is completed and we expect the upgrading process to be fully completed by 2nd July 2007.

We are pleased to inform you that this exercise is part of TM's upgrading plan for its international links in 2007, which will help reduce traffic congestion and improve customers' Internet experience. There are also plans for further upgrade of our international bandwidth capacity in September 2007.

Surfing damn slow, need to use proxy only able to surf well. Already call up those fool and say need 2 days working day to settle it. If after 2 days still not coming will drop a call/mail to CFM let them settle it.

Yea you should bomb and bomb it to CFM/MCMC not those nut, just a useless if you bomb to those nuts they just act like nothing. If everyone cooperate together bomb it to CFM/MCMC they sure will do something. I going to send mail for them include all the proof, i want them to explain what for we pay 88 buck but can't gaming, streaming, downloading, slow surfing, down time up to 90% during a week and even worst than dial-up connection.
