I want to cry whenever i see my download speed is 0,and i'll jumping for joy whenever the speed increase to 1-70kbs,some more upload speed 0kbs most of the time.

This past few days internet speed really slow,loading website pages also take eons...never suffer this major slowdown before.
So they experiencing latency or something,hopefully they upgrade ASAP(they should upgrade long time ago) |
