pls do not blame on the p2p users for clogging the bandwidth...
it seems that the throttling isnt even improving anything browsing and downloading from international sites are terrible.  you cant get a decent video stream even on a broadband connection  :: |

why isnt there any fiber optic in kl's residential area, unlike penang?
