I don't mind them capping torrent since I don't really download much anyway, but this is ridiculous. It takes like minutes now to access websites now

Am pretty lucky I guess. Got back from work today and found that the speed is back to normal again, including the p2p stuff. The IP I'm current at - 218.208.*.*
