Pahang at 15th, but I got problem since yesterday afternoon. Get connected at night but my frenz still got problems.

Test again to night. Get connected only after a few try. Sometime need to wait very long.

Got streamyx bill today with a new promotion from tm net for 512Kbps customer. Can upgrade to 1Mbps for only RM1.

OK, it stated that they have to pay RM67 per month for first 3 months and RM77 onwards (without modem package). I just wonder, if this RM77 is for 2 years or it have no end period? rclxub.gif

TM Net always find a way to increase customer but not increase their service quality. Keep promoting for new customer, but then keep saying not enough bandwidth because customer don't use properly.

I'm already a TM Net customer for a couple of years with 1Mbps package but as a "loyal" customer, got no benefit from it.

Newer customer get lower bill payment but "old" customer keep getting slower connection with higher bill to pay. vmad.gif

I asked the customer service, how about for current customer, can we get the same price?

He said "terminate your old one, register new lah... then get the new promotion."

This make me mad.gif vmad.gif .

In TM Net term and condition:

Meaning, within 12 month you can't terminate or you have to pay the fees. Correct me if I'm wrong, the fees are the total amount of balance month from the time you terminate until the end of the 12 month. If I terminate at the 4th month, so I have to pay for the 5th until 12th month bills. So, better I wait before terminate account and TM Net get another new "loyal" customer.

Currently TM Net have another promotion which is Streamyx Super Duper Deal. The contract is 2 years. So they think, "instead of 1 year, why not we secure our income for 2 years?". sweat.gif

For existing customer like me, I already wait for 1 year so the 8.3 clause cannot be implement on me, but then a new promotion came which is really interesting because for another 2 years, I can save RM240, but the downside is if within 2 years I need to terminate the account (may be other company join the ride), I have to pay the unthinkable fee.

But then, yesterday, included with the bill (may be all the rant bcoz of the bill sad.gif sad.gif ) a new promotion for 512KBps customer. RM1 upgrade fee and RM77/month. Really, really made my head steaming vmad.gif .

May be after this for 1Mbps customer, RM1 fee to upgrade to 2Mbps promotion smile.gif.

The problem is we don't have any option. Internet now is a must for most of the ppls here but we don't have any more option other than TM Nut.
