My international speed been very slow these few days! Anybody experience that? Have to keep on refreshing a single page! That's horrible!

I had contacted TMnut, not on the connection issue but on modem failure. Before I manage to get to the technical, I heard an announcement saying there's a Nationwide network failure going on and they are looking into it.
