Since the slowdown i've been also getting bad connections and speed and today i checked my modem to find out i've been miscapped to 512Kbps.. don't tell me TM uses this tactic to allocate bandwidth when their links are having trouble? I've called 3 times to the service centre and told them to reset my port and cap my account back to normal and still no results. Sigh!
