My connection before yesterday managed to get me 30-40 minimum direct dl, but sopmehow, yesterday and today, now, the connection sucks so bad, that somehow the connection drop under 10kb/s.

I read the prev posts, and I managed to get 218 ip add, but it doesnt improve much, i dunno wth is going on and what to do anymore.

f*** tmnet, tell us what's going on dammit.

Anyone called Streamyx ? Did you managed to get any answers from them ?

Can u please state it here ?

I'm kinda lost already.

Can i ask something ? Does the IP address really makes much of a difference ?

Like how I read the prev post, it seems like IP add starts with 218 is kinda like better than any other ? Is that ture ? So, I need to redial until I get this IP to get a smooth sailing connection ?

Hope someone can make this clear to me.

btw : My connection somehow got smoother this time. I wonder why.

CASE 1 :

Aku nyer masalah start dua tiga hari lepas. biase aku pakai ip 219.95, ok la download, tapi kekadang kena tukar 219.93 sebab die jadik slow sgt. Sesetgh server tuh respond kat certain IP , baru leh pakai full speed yg aku langgan darik TMnet.

So, ade org lain yg ade masalah ni tak ? Connection jadik berubah drastic sejak dua tiga hari lepas.

Kalo ade tolong la reply.

CASE 2 :

Aku takleh nak tukar aku nyer IP darik 219.95 atau 219.93 lepas kol 12 malam, aku kalo boleh nak la jugak pakai 60.48 takpon 218.111 sebab speed mmg lagi elok darik 219, so, ade org lain kena masalah ni tak ?


Aku selalu gak tgk kat laman web Tmnet, tapi nampak cam tak guna jer, die post announcement tuh, psal yg die nak org tahu jer, yg lain, takde ape pon. Sial gile. Semalam aku redial Streamyx lebey 100 kali aku cakap, aku tak tipu, sumpah ! Tapi tak dpt jugak Ip selain 219. Bengang gila !!!

Sorry aku cakap Melayu, kalo aku cakap english, susah ko nak paham sebab english aku teruk.

Well, at around 8.30 am this morning, I tried redialling again after the modem dc'ed for like the 6th time for this morning, I somehow managed to get an IP range other than 219.

Now, this is peculiar because this kinda thing happened after hour 0000 to 0800, which is supposed to be the break time for the servicing staffs, and this happened almost everyday.

Although my mood has improved right now, but last night's rage wasn't a dream.

At least there is a word coming out. And we'll have a new capital in our hand to go for war against TMNet's Streamyx screwd up performance.

Hopefully, by 2nd, we'll have a better surfing experience.

So, anyone feels the affect of the service upgrade which is supposed to be in effect after 2nd July ?

It's 12:01 now, the date just turn from July 5th to July 6th, and suddenly, somehow my torrent download speed increased to 45kb/s avg from merely 5 kb/s.

And I checked the seeders origin, and they're from all over the world and not one of them are from Malaysia.

Btw I'm downloading a game from a private tracker.

So, has the rumored upgrade has finally taken effect on July 6th ?

We'll see after a few days.
