I don't know why tech support seems to think that running their tmnet bandwidth test would help troubleshoot my current high latency to overseas IPs

Sigh.. this is the reason for the high latency....

My personal rant of the day:

I don't see how the hell they can justify spending so much money on their print and broadcast advertising instead of spending money to make sure their service runs properly.

Just think how much hardware you could buy with the cost of 1 less ad on astro
