Restart and reconnect again still stuck at 1.6k ping

DSL resumes.. then everything in the game fast fowards.

Weird. 60.48 is a good IP for me to play WOW and stream video from Youtube etc.

INTRANET is slow today.

Awfully slow. At first it was 20 kb/s on torrent, then i tried to reconnect for a better IP.

I regretted it. Apparently, my IP range is still the same, but the speed is soo slow that its around 5kb/s.

Blogspot takes an eternity to load.
