TM people really fook up big time. Just now they came to one of my house when i was not in to fix a new phone line (i applied for another streamyx connection, they were not on time, promised to come at 2.00pm, 3 pm only appear, i have a meeting to attend to so i left it to my mother to handle).
The house is next door to where i am currently staying. This house has an existing phone line and streamyx connection.

After fixing in a new line, they phoned me halfway during my meeting session and told me the phone can only be used tomorrow. Around five when i return to my horror, the other existing line is completely screwed, no more dial tone at all. I phone this TM guy, tomorrow only they will come and check and see. I really cross my finger this time
