anyone having the same problem as mine? Frequent disconnection from streamyx ie 20 times today and 7 times yesterday. Even reset the so called port didnt work....

Manage to get a report number on this problem.

My sis informed me that her friend from Botanical Garden having frequent disconnection too.

Any advice? T_T

No advice , if you can't take it , migrate to other country with better internet connection .

I've been so frustrated too , dc'ed like 10 times can't play online games at all . But its CNY wat to do , we need to be happy

That means I might as well cancel my report number since the technician unable to help me in this matter. Whatever troubleshooting done won't able to help me in settling the "disconnection" problem.

It's Streamyx problem since it's unable to supply enough bandwidth for its users especially during festive holidays.

time to kick ur isp phoneline n tell them raise ur signal,else its prob wif ur line,maybe rosak oredi

It took me 50 mins to connect to streamyx...

very sloWWWWWWWWWWWwwwwwwwwwww..............

usually get 100KB/s from ubuntu server. today 10 KB/s is hard to reach.

1mbps Streamyx username speed cap back from 2MB (195kb/s) back to 1.5mb (155kb/s)

I just get an unexpected upgrade from 1mb to 2mb
i feel surprise when i checked on my router page...
but the wierd part was i didn't feel any different from previously....= =

ya you're right man. blank out and dc from internet is very frequently happened in malaysia. but what can we do?

why streamyx service so dam sux one??I couldn't connect to us,uk,hk sites.

is the slow connection only affect certain area? how about puchong area? frequently slow?
