I got loyalty rewards, that is calling the 1-800 line and get charged even. Too good to be true.

45 complains, same results.

Right now the line is extremely slow.

Overall, its the phone line quality that is affecting the internet speed randomly. This time, blame TM for all their money greed. RM 27.30 for line rental turned out to be a beautifying funds for their Menara TM.

8am they throttle the speed to 20% in general

3pm they even throttle more down to 15%

6pm they unthrottle the speed up to 40%

8pm the time when the ADSL signal blinks non stop and the speed is back up to 80%

3am speed at 100%

rinse repeat..

sadly i cant provide speed test results as i hardly get into the site.

I thought TM only throttle BT ports? Whats up with the full throttling from HTTP, FTP, HTTPS ports? Its rather annoying when each download upload give you timeout rather than a successful message.

Streamyx also gone holiday. Even in Kuala Selangor, a whole stretch of traffic light is down.. for the whole day... not surprising.. since this is holiday with Malaysian style.

yes.. very high ping on everything.

I dare not do any work related at the moment. I think the bottleneck will burst during the first day of work after holiday.

I have yet to roll 124.82.x as my IP. 118.100.x and 60.49 / 60.59 is the worse IP ever gotten.. no international access.
