Bad news for me as I'm using US Apple ID. Guess I need to revert back to MY Apple ID after calculating how much I'll lost for paid app that I've paid for the last 5-6 years laugh.gif

I'm also using US Apple ID. I would say it's still better than a MY one, it has access to TV shows and much more apps.

Read between the lines. Price will be paid to developer in RM. means apple no longer wanna absorb the lousy RM sucky exchange. In other words, means prepare for imminent price increases.

Former Foxconn manager allegedly stole $1.5m worth of iPhones
02 DECEMBER 2016
One former Foxconn manager has been indicted for his alleged involvement in an illegal operation to smuggle some 5,700 iPhones out of Foxconn's testing facility and onto the retail scene in Shenzhen, China.

Reportedly, during his tenure at Foxconn, the former manager identified by his family name Tsai, used eight employees to steal iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s units designed for testing out of Foxconn's Shenzhen-based factory in the course of 2013 and 2014. The stolen goods amount to around 5,700 units that are reportedly worth around $1.56 million.

Attention was drawn to the missing phones in an internal audit which prompted the Taiwanese company to contact authorities.

Tsai has apparently been charged with breach of trust and could end up serving a maximum 10-year sentence in jail.

Now let's see the price difference first. I don't use much for US only apps, but last time the reason I opt to US Apple ID is like you're saying, specified apps for US only. I don't remember what app though.
