i want to buy ip7+. For warranty claim, which one is better buy from apple online store or apple reseller ?

I dont think it makes a difference, i know people who bought via Apple Store who claim warranty via reseller i.e Machines at KLCC

How to remove this dirt part or this is scratch? If scratch, I have use casing how does it make it?

look like discoloration that some of the users encounter on matte black. in casing also can scratch cause dust particle still can go in..

The only difference unless I stand corrected is if you buy online, if there's a defect, you can claim a 1-for-1 new replacement unit within 14 days(or is it 7?).

Every time I see an issue pertaining the black/jet black I open up my casing and check my phone to see if it has the same defect, ha ha ha...

I believe it is the surface material of this particular colour which makes it prone to 'chipping/peeling off' or whatever you want to call it, of the 'paint'. It also creates problem of indentation or imprint of patterns from certain phone cases.

i not that serious like you. once a while took out the casing to wipe.. the more you took off the casing, i guess higher chance color chip off or discoloration ler...

i think like jewelry.. if one use perfume or touch any chemical thingy might cause it? my guess only also la.. haha.. then some people tends to sweat alot or like to go beaches.. higher chance also
