Refer to the attached picture, my powdered BCAA appeared to become granules and even though I remove it, New ones will form nonetheless. Is it still healthy or good to take? Can't find expiry date on the bottle also. Sigh
Last time when I just started taking BCAA, it feels like my body recover much faster, but taking this now seems like no effect. Is it normal though?

Feel isn't a reliable way to judge something.

Yes I know what is placebo effect. Having said that, what u meant was either I'm getting a fake product or BCAA doesn't work in the first place?
I bought it at shop in jaya one in front of celebrity fitness. Pretty sure it's legit
Meaning BCAA itself = placebo effect. Placebo isn't a bad thing, it just cost expensive to have.

Anyway my main concern is the granules formation and if it affects the quality or safety of the product consumption not whether bcaa helps or not. And just fyi I knew about the content in your video and nobody conn me to buy it too. I also can't brain the way u responded..
Yes BCAA helps. No, the clumps which are likely to be caused by humidity do not change the effects of BCAA i.e. it's safe to use. If the clumps are caused by something else then no.
