Cleaning fan and chip, blowing heatsink vent, replace with good quality thermal paste should work it out.

Sorry I have no idea which shop to recommend, some freelancer could do better than shop and you need to research on that.
As a technical advisor, doing the steps that I suggested would be the first phase to do before you move on to any other part replacement. |
